What exactly is Rabehni?
Rabehni is a system that helps you run your e-commerce operations from one place — orders, inventory, shipping and accounting. It connects your store to shipping carriers, moves each order from the moment it arrives until its cash is collected, and works out net profit by period and by product after costs.
I sell on Facebook and Instagram without a website — can I still use it?
Yes. Add an order manually in seconds or upload a whole day from a spreadsheet, then your confirmation team works on them inside the system and sends them out for shipping. An online store is optional, not a requirement.
Do I need a developer or a server to run it?
No. Rabehni is cloud software that runs in your browser on laptop and mobile — once your account is activated, upload your products and start. Store and carrier connections are set up from the settings screen using keys from your own accounts, with support walking you through it.
How long until I am actually up and running?
We review your early access request and reply within 48 hours. After activation, what takes time is preparing your data — uploading products with their costs and connecting shipping and your store — which is done from a spreadsheet template, with the onboarding team reviewing the import before you go live so you never start on incomplete data.
How is it different from spreadsheets or my store platform like Shopify?
Your store records the sale and a spreadsheet records whatever you typed. Rabehni owns what happens after the sale — the part that eats the margin: confirmation, real inventory, shipping and returns, and collecting your money from the carrier — then deducts cost, shipping and ad spend to show net profit by period and by product.
Can I try Rabehni before paying?
Yes. You request early access and we reply within 48 hours, then Starter and Growth get a 14-day free trial after activation with no credit card, and you test it on your real orders rather than demo data. After the trial you pick the plan that matches your order volume, and if you do not continue you are never charged.
How much does Rabehni cost per month?
Plans start at EGP 1,499 a month for 1,000 orders and scale with your order volume, warehouses and team. Annual billing saves you 20%, and there are no setup fees and no per-order commission — every price is listed on the pricing page.
What is the actual difference between the plans?
Both volume and depth. Starter covers orders, products and customers with one carrier connection, one store connection and spreadsheet import. Growth unlocks all carriers and stores, the confirmation, warehouse and shipping dashboards, basic accounting, financial reports and WhatsApp. Scale adds full accounting, cheques, instalments, stock audits, approval workflows, API access, custom roles and an account manager.
What happens if I exceed my plan order limit?
There is no automatic overage invoice, and your orders keep being recorded. The order limit is the volume the plan is built for, so if you regularly exceed it, the higher plan is the right fit.
Is there a contract, and can I cancel anytime?
No contracts and no lock-in. All plans are monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, with changes taking effect immediately. The free trial carries no commitment either.
What shipping companies are available? Is Bosta supported?
Yes, Bosta is supported. Rabehni integrates with the main Egyptian carriers — Bosta, Speedaf, J&T Express, Turbo, ShipBlu and others. Each has different rates and coverage, and the system compares them per order before you choose.
Do shipment statuses update automatically or do I enter them manually?
They update themselves for connected carriers. Status arrives from the carrier and appears on the order with a timestamped history, so you can see where an order is stuck and for how long without opening any carrier dashboard.
Does it track the cash-on-delivery money still held by the carrier?
Yes. You see what each carrier owes you order by order, and we reconcile their settlement statement against your orders so you know what was collected, what is late, and where the amounts do not match.
How are returns handled?
A return follows a clear path from receipt to inspection to back-on-shelf, so stock returns correctly instead of hanging in limbo. It is deducted from revenue and logged with its reason, so you can see which products and governorates return most and fix the cause.
Does it cover all Egyptian governorates, and can I run more than one warehouse?
Coverage is your carrier’s, and the system reads their coverage areas and warns you before shipping to an unserved area instead of letting the parcel bounce back a week later. And yes — multiple warehouses with order routing are available from the Growth plan up.
How is profit calculated in Rabehni?
For any period: delivered sales, minus cost of goods, minus shipping on delivered orders, minus return shipping, minus Meta ad spend, minus operating and manual expenses. The key point is that it runs on delivered orders rather than shipped ones, and by period and product rather than per order.
If my purchase price changes with every batch, how is cost calculated?
We use weighted average cost across purchase batches, so every unit sold carries its correct cost at the time of sale rather than your most recent purchase price. That keeps margins honest even when supplier prices move every month.
Does it calculate real ad return after returns?
At period level, not per order. Meta ad spend arrives through the connection and is subtracted from the net for the period, with the return shown on the same screen. The ads screen compares each Meta campaign with the delivered orders linked to it. Spend on any other platform is recorded as an expense.
Is there real accounting or just reports?
Both. Growth includes basic accounting and ready-made financial reports. Scale includes a full general ledger with a chart of accounts, manual journal entries and cost centres, plus cheques, instalments, stock audits and an expense approval workflow.
Does it support the Egyptian e-invoicing system?
There is no direct integration with the Egyptian e-invoicing portal yet. You can export invoices and financial transactions to Excel to upload yourself or hand to your accountant, and direct integration is on the roadmap.
How do I connect my store to Rabehni?
Shopify and WooCommerce connect from the settings screen — orders arrive the moment a customer places them, with full line items. Other platforms have no ready connection, so talk to support before you rely on one.
Can it send WhatsApp messages to confirm orders?
WhatsApp starts on Growth. The WhatsApp button on an order opens the conversation in the inbox if your store number is connected, or regular WhatsApp on the agent phone otherwise. Automatic confirmation with an approved template is still a pilot on selected accounts, and messages are charged to your wallet.
I have a team — can I control who sees what?
Yes, and permissions are granular rather than screen-level. A confirmation agent sees only their orders, the warehouse keeper sees stock, the shipping owner sees shipments — while costs and profit stay locked to whoever you choose.
Is there a mobile app?
The system runs in your mobile browser with screens tuned for it, so you can follow orders and profit while you are out. A dedicated app is currently in development.
Is my data safe, and can anyone else see it?
Every merchant’s data is isolated from every other merchant at the database level, traffic is encrypted, and backups run regularly. Your data and your customers’ data belong to you — we never sell or share them with third parties.
Can I export my data, and what happens to it if I cancel?
You can export orders, products, customers and reports to Excel at any time without asking anyone. If you cancel, you can request a full copy of your data before the account closes — your data is never held hostage.
How and when does support respond?
Support runs over WhatsApp, email and inside the system itself. Growth and above include direct WhatsApp support, and Scale adds priority response and a dedicated account manager.
