How do I confirm orders in Rabehni?
A ready queue for your call center. Each order arrives with the customer's past orders and a flag if they ordered twice, and cancellation reasons are recorded by selection.
How is inventory deducted?
It is deducted with the order, and you get an alert before a product runs out. Cost uses a weighted average across purchase batches, with multiple warehouses from the Growth plan.

How are returns handled?
A complete path: receive, inspect, restock or mark as damaged, and settle to close the order. The reason is recorded, so you can see which product, governorate and courier drive the most returns.
How is net profit calculated?
Cash actually collected, minus product cost, true shipping, fees, ads and expenses, on delivered orders rather than shipped ones, per period and per product.
