Multi-carrier shipping software for online stores
One carrier is easy. Three means three dashboards, three settlement statements and a spreadsheet trying to reconcile them. Here you run them all from one place — and follow your money until it is collected.
| Order | Carrier | Status | Last movement | COD (EGP) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| #4821 | Bosta | Delivered | 3 hours ago | 650 |
| #4818 | Speedaf | Out for delivery | Today 10:05 | 480 |
| #4807 | J&T | Stalled, no movement | 5 days ago | 720 |
| #4799 | J&T | Returning | Yesterday 18:20 | 395 |
What is multi-carrier shipping software?
Software that lets you run more than one carrier from one place: it compares cost and coverage on the order before you choose, prints the waybill, pulls shipment status from every carrier into one screen, and follows cash-on-delivery money until it is collected. The alternative is opening each carrier dashboard separately and reconciling them by hand in a spreadsheet.
| Carrier | Coverage | Expected cost |
|---|---|---|
| Bosta | Served | 70 |
| Speedaf | Served | 78 |
| J&T | Not served | - |
Before you ship
Compared on the order itself
The expected cost per carrier for this order specifically — not a general rate card in a file. You choose seeing the difference, not out of habit.
Is the area served
The system reads each carrier's coverage areas and tells you before you ship. A parcel sent to an unserved area bounces back a week later and costs shipping both ways on an order that returned nothing.
Address matched to the right governorate
The address is matched to the correct governorate, so pricing and coverage are computed against the real location rather than whatever the customer typed in a hurry.
While it is in transit
Every carrier tracked in one screen
Status arrives from the carrier and appears on the order with a timestamped history — without opening any carrier dashboard.
A stalled shipment surfaces itself
An order that has not moved appears in its own list instead of waiting for the customer to call. Compensation claims are logged and exportable, so you claim with a document rather than from memory.
When a carrier's API is down
When a carrier connection fails it is recorded and shown — instead of the day's shipments quietly sitting still while you assume they moved.
| Order | Carrier | Stalled for |
|---|---|---|
| #4807 | J&T | 5 days |
| #4792 | Bosta | 3 days |
| #4786 | Speedaf | 3 days |
Your money at the carrier — where spreadsheets lose
With cash on delivery the order closes on your side while its money is still outside. The distance between sold and collected is what keeps a high-revenue store short of cash — and that figure has to be in front of you, not worked out at month end.
Owed by each carrier, order by order
Not one total. You see the orders that were delivered and whose cash has not landed, how long they have been like that, and with whom.
| Order | With | Age | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| #4790 | Bosta | 4 days | 520 |
| #4755 | Speedaf | 9 days | 610 |
| #4731 | J&T | 15 days | 450 |
The settlement statement, reconciled
The statement arrives with hundreds of lines a month. Reconciliation surfaces what was collected, what is late and where amounts disagree — a discrepancy on one order only shows if somebody matches line by line.
And so shipping enters the profit calculation correctly: cost is counted both ways, not as a flat number. A returned order costs shipping twice and returns zero revenue, so averaging shipping over delivered orders alone gives an optimistic figure.
Work out an order's profit after shipping and returnsConnected carriers
The Egyptian marketWe do not quote a count. “We have an integration written” and “that integration is live on your account” are two different sentences, and the second is the one that matters to you — so we name rather than count.
The main Egyptian carriers are there, and others, alongside Gulf integrations. Which ones are live on your account is set up from settings using keys from your own carrier account, with support walking you through it.
Still choosing a carrier?
This page is about running carriers, not picking one. If you are still comparing, there is a written comparison of Egyptian carriers.
Common questions about shipping and COD
What is multi-carrier shipping software?
Software that lets you run more than one carrier from one place: it compares cost and coverage on the order before you choose, prints the waybill, pulls shipment status from every carrier into one screen, and follows cash-on-delivery money until it is collected. The alternative is opening each carrier dashboard separately and reconciling them by hand in a spreadsheet.
Which carriers does Rabehni connect to?
The main Egyptian carriers are there — Bosta, Speedaf, J&T Express, Turbo, ShipBlu, Mylerz and others — alongside Gulf integrations such as Torod, Tryoto, iMile and Starlinks. Which ones are live on your account is set up from the settings screen using keys from your own carrier account, with support walking you through it.
How do I pick the right carrier for each order?
The system compares on the order itself: the expected cost per carrier, and whether that area is served. So you learn the address is outside a carrier's coverage before you ship, instead of paying shipping both ways a week later on an order that brought no money back.
How do I know how much cash-on-delivery money the carrier still holds?
You see what each carrier owes you order by order. With cash on delivery an order closes on your side while its money is still outside, and the distance between sold and collected is what keeps a high-revenue store short of cash — so that figure has to be in front of you, not worked out at month end.
Do you reconcile the carrier settlement statement?
Yes. The statement is matched against your orders, so what was collected, what is late, and where the amounts disagree all surface. That is the part spreadsheets lose: the statement arrives with hundreds of lines a month, and a discrepancy on one order only shows up if somebody reconciles line by line.
What happens when a shipment stalls or goes missing?
A stalled shipment surfaces on its own instead of waiting for the customer to call: status arrives from the carrier with a timestamped history, so an order that has not moved appears in its own list. Compensation claims are logged and exportable, so you claim with a document rather than from memory.
How does shipping enter the profit calculation?
At the shipping cost recorded on each order, not a flat number. A returned order costs shipping twice and returns zero revenue, so averaging shipping over delivered orders alone gives an optimistic figure. The net profit report deducts shipping on delivered orders in one line and shipping on returned or failed orders in another.
Does it cover every Egyptian governorate?
Coverage belongs to the carrier, not to the system. What the system does is read each carrier's coverage areas and tell you whether an area is served before you ship, and match the address to the right governorate so pricing and coverage are computed against the real location.
