1. Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your data stored with us at any time.
2. How to Request Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email, stating your request. We verify your identity and confirm receipt within 24 hours.
3. If You Are a Customer of One of Our Merchants
Your data is managed by the merchant directly. Contact them to request deletion. If they do not respond within 15 days, contact us at [email protected] and we will handle the matter on your behalf.
4. Disconnecting External Integrations
To disconnect any external integration such as WhatsApp Business or Facebook from within your dashboard, go to Settings and click "Disconnect". To remove the app on Meta's side, go to your Meta account settings and revoke access.
5. Timeline
We begin deletion within a few business days after identity verification, and complete final deletion within 30 days. We retain some legal and tax records as required by law.
