License & Activation

1. License Overview

Rabehni Technology Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Rabehni platform in accordance with your selected subscription plan and the terms of this agreement. This license is personal, linked to your registered account, and may not be transferred or assigned to any other party.

This license is effective for the duration of your active subscription and automatically terminates upon subscription termination or account closure. This license does not grant you any ownership rights over the Platform, source code, or the infrastructure it operates on.

2. SaaS Model

Rabehni is a platform that operates under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model. This means you get the right to access and use the Platform over the internet through a web browser or available applications, without the need to download or install any software on your devices.

We are responsible for hosting, maintaining, updating, and securing the Platform continuously. All updates, improvements, and new features are automatically made available to all subscribers within their plan limits without any action required from your side.

As a SaaS model, no copy of the source code or software is delivered to the user. You use the Platform online only, and data is securely stored on our encrypted cloud servers.

3. Subscription Activation

Your subscription is activated immediately after completing the registration and payment process successfully. For the Free plan, activation occurs immediately after registration and email confirmation. For paid plans, activation occurs once payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.

Upon activation, you will get full access to all features of your selected plan immediately. You can start setting up your store, adding products, and receiving orders from the first moment. Activation also includes setting up a dedicated environment (Tenant) for your store on our servers.

For payments via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer, activation may take up to 24 business hours after our finance team confirms receipt of the amount.

4. Account Access

Your account is accessed through unique credentials (email and password) that you create during registration. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and for all activities that occur through your account.

You can grant limited access to your team members according to the roles and permissions system available in your plan. Each sub-user gets their own credentials with specific permissions that you assign. The number of available sub-users depends on your subscription plan.

We support two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance your account security. We strongly recommend enabling this feature to protect your account from unauthorized access.

5. API Access

Rabehni provides an API that allows you to connect your platform with external systems and applications. API access is available for paid plans only (Growth and Scale), with different request limits per plan.

API access uses unique API keys that you can generate from your dashboard. You are responsible for protecting your API keys and not sharing them with unauthorized parties. In case of an API key leak, you must revoke it immediately and generate a new one.

API usage is subject to rate limiting as defined for each plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of API access. We reserve the right to modify API limits or deprecate certain endpoints with at least 30 days' prior notice.

6. Usage Limits per Plan

Each subscription plan has specific usage limits that must be adhered to. These limits include:

When you approach your usage limit (90%), we will automatically notify you to take appropriate action. Upon reaching the maximum limit, you will not be able to add new orders until the start of the next billing cycle or upgrading your plan.

7. Permitted Use

You are permitted to use the Rabehni platform for the following purposes:

• Managing your online store including adding and editing products, inventory management, and order tracking.
• Processing customer orders and managing returns, shipping, and delivery.
• Viewing and analyzing financial reports and performance indicators for your store.
• Managing customer data, order history, and communicating with them.
• Connecting the Platform with supported shipping services and payment gateways via API (for eligible plans).
• Exporting your data at any time in supported formats (CSV, Excel, PDF).

8. Restrictions

You are prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Attempting to copy, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Platform's source code or any part of it.
• Reselling, leasing, sublicensing, or distributing access to the Platform as a service to third parties (White Label reselling).
• Using the Platform to store or transmit any illegal, harmful content or content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to bypass usage limits defined for your plan or tampering with order or usage counters.
• Introducing any viruses, malware, or malicious code to the Platform or attempting to breach its security systems.
• Using the Platform in a way that negatively affects Service performance or disrupts other users' usage.
• Sharing your account or access credentials with unauthorized parties or using a single account to manage multiple unrelated stores.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Rabehni platform — including source code, algorithms, designs, interfaces, logos, trademarks, documentation, and content — are the exclusive property of Rabehni Technology Company and are protected under local and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding Platform improvements become our property and we have the right to use them without any obligation to you. Your use of the Platform does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Support

The level of technical support available depends on your subscription plan:

• Free Plan: Email support only with a response time of up to 72 business hours, plus access to the knowledge base and FAQ.
• Starter Plan: Email and live chat support with a response time of up to 24 business hours.
• Growth Plan: Priority support via all channels with a response time of up to 8 business hours.
• Scale Plan: Highest priority support with a dedicated account manager and a response time of up to 2 business hours.

Technical support covers issues related to Platform operation and feature usage. Support does not include custom training, custom solution development, or business consulting, unless separately agreed upon.

11. Termination

This license automatically terminates in any of the following cases:

• When you cancel your subscription or do not renew it — your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the current billing cycle.
• When you violate any terms of this agreement — we have the right to terminate the license immediately without prior notice.
• When you voluntarily close your account — you will have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion.
• When the Platform permanently ceases operation — we will provide at least 90 days' prior notice and allow you to export all your data.

Upon license termination, your right to use the Platform and access paid plan features ceases. Sections related to intellectual property, restrictions, and liability remain in effect even after license termination.
