Rabehni integrations: what syncs and what does not
Each connection below is written by direction: what comes into Rabehni, what goes out, and what does not sync. Most run one way, so check the limits before you build your operation around them.
| Connection | Comes in | Goes out | Not synced |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shopify | New orders | Nothing | Stock and order status |
| WooCommerce | Orders and payment state | Nothing | Stock and order status |
| Bosta | Status, cash and fees | The shipment | — |
| Customer messages | Replies and templates | Messenger and Instagram | |
| Meta ads | Daily spend | Nothing | Campaign edits |
What are Rabehni integrations?
Rabehni integrations are the connections between the Rabehni order system and the tools you already use. Orders arrive from Shopify, WooCommerce, EasyOrders and SahlCart by webhook, shipments are created on Bosta, WhatsApp connects through Meta, and Meta ad spend feeds the profit report. Rabehni does not keep stock quantities or order status updated on your store.
Store integrations
Starter includes one store connection, and Growth and above include all of them. Orders match your products by SKU, so each product must exist in Rabehni with the same code.
Shopify
In: new orders by signed webhook. An order update only counts when it carries the tag COD_STATUS:Confirmed. If a line does not match, the order still arrives and alerts you until the product is mapped. Out: nothing. Not synced: quantities, order status, tracking numbers, and any edit or cancellation after the order arrives. Price updates from Shopify are a per-account option.
WooCommerce
In: new orders by signed webhook. An order update changes only the payment state, paid or unpaid. Out: nothing. Not synced: quantities, order status, tracking numbers, or any other edit to the order.
EasyOrders
In: orders by webhook, and a repeat delivery updates the same order instead of duplicating it. Out: a button sends a product to the EasyOrders catalog with its name, price and quantity at that moment. Not synced: the quantity after that send, or order status.
SahlCart
In: orders by webhook, and a cross-sell the customer adds after ordering joins the same order. Out: a button sends a product to SahlCart with its quantity at that moment. Not synced: the quantity after that send, or order status.
Courier integrations: Bosta
Connections are built for Bosta, Speedaf, J&T Express, Turbo, ShipBlu and Mylerz, and for Gulf carriers such as Torod, Tryoto, iMile and Starlinks. Bosta gets the detail here because it is our deepest connection. The others are switched on for your account with support, using keys from your carrier account. Starter includes one shipping connection, and Growth and above include all of them.
Shipment creation and waybills
Out: you connect with the API token from your own Bosta account. When an order reaches the shipping stage, Rabehni creates the shipment and stores its number. A destination on the blocked-area list is not sent. Waybills for a manifest come out as one PDF.
Shipment status
In: the Bosta webhook updates the order status in Rabehni, and each account has its own webhook link.
Bosta returns
In: when Bosta reports a parcel returning to the merchant, the order is marked as a return in transit. On arrival, the Bosta returns reconciliation screen scans parcels in batches and records the condition of each one.
Bosta settlement
In: each day Rabehni pulls collected cash and shipping fees per order from Bosta. A settlement file in CSV or Excel uploads with a preview before you confirm. Columns are detected automatically, or you can map them by hand. File upload is not limited to Bosta.
WhatsApp and Meta ads integrations
WhatsApp starts on Growth, and you connect through the Meta signup window (Embedded Signup) with no credentials to type. In: customer messages, into a shared inbox. Out: your team replies and approved templates, charged to your account wallet.
Automatic WhatsApp confirmation (pilot)
Automatic confirmation and abandoned-cart messages from Shopify are a pilot on selected accounts. Being on the plan does not switch them on.
Meta ad spend in the profit report
In: daily campaign spend from the Meta ad account you pick after signing in, into the daily profit report. You can exclude an ad account from the figure. Any other spend goes in as a manual expense, because the report reads Meta spend only.
Limits of the Meta connection
Out: nothing. The connection requests read permission only (ads_read), so it cannot change your campaigns. If the connection drops, for example when the token expires, spend stops updating until you reconnect.
Payments, API and file import
Manual payment recording
Rabehni is not a payment gateway and does not collect money from your customers. Your team records a payment on the order by method, such as InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, with its reference number and receipt image, and it waits for a reviewer to approve or reject it.
Deposits and Bosta collection
When a reviewer approves a payment on an open order already handed to Bosta, Rabehni tries to update the shipment collection amount to the remainder. Other couriers do not get this update.
API and outbound webhooks
API access is listed on Professional, but the merchant dashboard has no screen for issuing API keys or setting up outbound webhooks. If your system needs a programmatic connection, talk to us before you build on it.
Product file import
Importing products by file starts on Growth. It is a one-time upload, not a live connection.

Common questions about integrations
Does Rabehni integrate with Shopify?
Yes, in one direction. New Shopify orders reach Rabehni by signed webhook, using links you paste into your Shopify admin. Rabehni does not send quantities, order status or tracking numbers to Shopify. Later edits in Shopify do not carry over, except the tag COD_STATUS:Confirmed, which confirms the order.
Does Rabehni integrate with Aramex?
No. Rabehni is not connected to Aramex: it cannot create Aramex shipments or receive status updates from it. Connected couriers include Bosta, Speedaf and J&T Express.
Does Rabehni integrate with Salla and Zid?
No, Rabehni has no native integration with Salla or Zid. The stores with a connection are Shopify, WooCommerce, EasyOrders and SahlCart.
Does Rabehni update stock quantities on my store?
No. Rabehni does not update quantities on Shopify or WooCommerce. On EasyOrders and SahlCart, the product send button passes the quantity once at that moment, with no update afterwards. The working stock figure lives inside Rabehni only.
Does Rabehni integrate with Bosta?
Yes, and it is the deepest courier integration in Rabehni. With your account API token, Rabehni creates the shipment, receives its status by webhook, marks returns in transit and pulls collected cash and fees each day. Settlement files upload with a preview before you confirm.
Which Rabehni plan includes WhatsApp?
WhatsApp starts on Growth. You connect your number through the Meta signup window, customer messages land in a shared inbox, and messages are charged to your account wallet. Automatic confirmation is still a pilot on selected accounts.
Does Rabehni collect online payments from customers?
No, Rabehni is not a payment gateway. Your team records a payment received by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or another method, with its reference number, and a reviewer approves or rejects it. The money itself reaches you directly.
Does Rabehni have an API?
API access is listed on Professional, but the merchant dashboard has no screen for issuing API keys or setting up outbound webhooks. If you need a programmatic connection, talk to the Rabehni team before you rely on one.
