How do I connect my Shopify store to Rabehni?

From the store connections screen in your account, choose Shopify. You enter the store URL and approve the app permissions, and orders then arrive on their own.

Can I add more than one shipping company?

Yes. All carriers are available from the Growth plan up, and the Starter plan includes one carrier. Each company has independent settings for costs, zones and API integration.

What's the difference between team member permission levels?

Each member has a role that sets what they can see and do, and costs stay locked to the people you choose. Custom permissions are on the Professional plan.

Is the API available on all plans?

No, the API is on the Professional plan. Compare plans.

How do I export my data from the system?

From tables with an Export button, you download an Excel or CSV file at any time.
