Rabehni creates the shipment on your own Bosta account, receives its status, pulls collection and fees each day, and reconciles the return when it reaches your warehouse. It is our deepest courier connection.

What does the Bosta integration do?
The Bosta integration connects the order system to your own Bosta account with an API token. When an order reaches the shipping stage, Rabehni creates the shipment and stores its number. Status then arrives by webhook, collected cash and fees are pulled each day per order, and a return is marked in transit and reconciled when it arrives. The Bosta account and contract stay in your name.
How to connect Bosta
- Copy the API token from your Bosta dashboard.
- In Rabehni, open Settings then Integrations. On the Bosta card, enter the token, choose whether customers may open the parcel, and press Test.
- From the same page, copy the webhook link and signing secret for your account.
- In the Bosta dashboard, open settings and add the webhook link and signing secret. The first status update that arrives marks the connection as verified.
From shipment to settlement
Shipment and waybill creation
The shipment is created on your account from inside Rabehni and its number is stored on the order. A destination on the blocked-area list is not sent. Waybills for a manifest come out as one PDF to print.
Status by webhook
Each account has its own webhook link and signing key, and Bosta updates change the order status in Rabehni without anyone checking the Bosta dashboard.
Collection and fees every day
Each day Rabehni pulls the collected amount and shipping fee for every order from Bosta, so you know what Bosta holds before the settlement file arrives. Settlement files in CSV or Excel upload with a preview before you confirm.
Returns
When Bosta reports a parcel returning, the order is marked as a return in transit. On arrival, the Bosta returns reconciliation screen scans parcels in batches and records the condition of each one.
Deposits
If the customer paid part upfront and a reviewer approved it, Rabehni tries to update the collection amount on the Bosta shipment to the remainder, so the courier does not collect the full price.
Limits you should know
You need a Bosta account in your own name and an API token from it. Rabehni works on your account, not someone else's.
Updating the collection amount after a deposit works for Bosta only, not for other couriers.
If the webhook is not added in the Bosta dashboard, status will not update on its own.

Where do I get my Bosta API token?
From your own Bosta dashboard. Copy it into the Bosta card in Rabehni under Settings, Integrations, and press Test to confirm it works.
Does Rabehni show the money Bosta holds for me?
Yes. Rabehni pulls collected cash and fees per order each day, so you see what Bosta owes you, then match it against the settlement file when it arrives.
Can I connect Shopify to Bosta through Rabehni?
Yes. Shopify or WooCommerce orders reach Rabehni by webhook, and after confirmation Rabehni creates the shipment on Bosta.
Which plan includes the Bosta integration?
Every plan includes a courier connection. Starter includes one, and Growth and above include every connected courier.
