Shopify integration
Orders from your Shopify store land in Rabehni the moment a customer places them, and move from there to confirmation, shipping and collection. The connection runs one way, so read the limits before you build on it.

What does the Shopify integration do?
The Shopify integration makes every new order on your store arrive in Rabehni on its own, by signed webhook, with no one copying it across. Inside Rabehni the order is confirmed, shipped with a courier and followed until it is collected or returned. Rabehni sends nothing back to Shopify: no quantities, no order status and no tracking number.
How to connect Shopify
- In Rabehni, open Settings then Integrations. The Shopify card shows the webhook links for your store: one for new orders, one for order updates and one for products.
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings, then Notifications, then Webhooks.
- Create a webhook for Order creation in JSON format and paste the new-order link.
- Create a second webhook for Order update and paste the order-update link.
- Create one webhook for Product creation and another for Product update, both on the products link.
- Copy the code under “Your webhooks will be signed with” into the webhook secret field in Rabehni, then press Test.
What happens after a Shopify order arrives
Product matching by SKU
Each line is matched to your product in Rabehni by SKU, so the product must exist in Rabehni with the same code. If a line does not match, the order still arrives and alerts you until the product is mapped, so no order is lost to a wrong code.
Confirming an order from Shopify
Order updates in Shopify do not carry over to Rabehni, with one exception: if the order gets the tag COD_STATUS:Confirmed while it is still before shipping, Rabehni treats it as confirmed. This helps if a confirmation tool already runs inside Shopify.
If Rabehni is briefly unavailable
Webhooks pass through a receiving gateway before they reach Rabehni, so during a short outage orders wait in a queue and arrive afterwards instead of being dropped. An order sent twice is not duplicated.
Selling prices from Shopify
The product webhook updates the selling price in Rabehni only, never cost, stock or images. It is switched on per account, so connecting alone does not turn it on.
Limits you should know
Rabehni does not update quantities on Shopify. The working stock figure lives inside Rabehni only.
Order status and tracking numbers are not sent back to Shopify.
A cancellation or edit in Shopify after the order arrives does not reach Rabehni, so make it inside Rabehni.
The connection works by pasting webhook links. There is no app to install from the Shopify App Store.
Shopify and WooCommerce cannot both be connected on the same account.
Common questions about the Shopify integration
How do I connect Shopify to Bosta?
Through Rabehni in the middle: Shopify orders reach Rabehni by webhook, and after confirmation Rabehni creates the shipment on your own Bosta account with its API token and receives status and collection. Shopify itself does not talk to Bosta.
Do I need to install a Shopify app?
No. You create four webhooks under Settings, Notifications, Webhooks in your Shopify admin, paste the links Rabehni gives you, and put the signing key into Rabehni.
Do my older Shopify orders come in?
The webhook sends orders created after you connect. Orders placed before that do not arrive on their own.
If a customer cancels in Shopify, is the order cancelled in Rabehni?
No. A cancellation in Shopify after the order arrives does not carry over. Your team cancels the order inside Rabehni and picks a cancellation reason.
Which plan includes the Shopify integration?
Every plan includes a store connection. Starter includes one store, and Growth and above include all of them.
