WooCommerce integration
Orders from your WooCommerce store land in Rabehni the moment a customer places them, and move from there to confirmation, shipping and collection. The connection runs one way, so read the limits before you build on it.
| Into Rabehni | New orders, and the payment state (paid or unpaid) when an order is updated |
|---|---|
| Out of Rabehni | Nothing |
| Not synced | Quantities, order status, tracking numbers, and any other edit to the order |
What does the WooCommerce integration do?
The WooCommerce integration makes every new order on your WordPress store arrive in Rabehni on its own, by a webhook signed with a secret you choose. Inside Rabehni the order is confirmed, shipped and followed until it is collected or returned. Rabehni sends no quantities, order status or tracking numbers back to WooCommerce.
How to connect WooCommerce
- In Rabehni, open Settings then Integrations. The WooCommerce card shows the webhook links for your store: one for new orders, one for order updates and one for products.
- In WordPress, go to WooCommerce, then Settings, then Advanced, then Webhooks.
- Add a webhook for Order created and paste the new-order link into Delivery URL.
- Add a second webhook for Order updated and paste the order-update link.
- Add one webhook for Product created and another for Product updated, both on the products link.
- Choose one secret, put it in the Secret field of every webhook and in the webhook secret field in Rabehni, and enter your site address as the store URL.
What happens after a WooCommerce order arrives
Product matching
Each line is matched to your product in Rabehni by SKU, so the product must exist in Rabehni with the same code.
Payment state
When an order is updated in WooCommerce, the update changes only the payment state in Rabehni: paid when it carries a payment date, unpaid when it does not. Other edits do not carry over.
Repeated orders
If WooCommerce sends the same order twice, Rabehni recognises it and does not create a second order.
Limits you should know
Rabehni does not update quantities on WooCommerce. The working stock figure lives inside Rabehni only.
Order status and tracking numbers are not sent back to WooCommerce.
The connection uses WooCommerce's own webhooks. There is no WordPress plugin to install.
Shopify and WooCommerce cannot both be connected on the same account.
Common questions about the WooCommerce integration
How do I connect WooCommerce to a courier?
Through Rabehni in the middle: WooCommerce orders reach Rabehni by webhook, and after confirmation Rabehni creates the shipment on your courier account, such as Bosta, and receives its status and collection.
Do I need a WordPress plugin?
No. You add four webhooks under WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, Webhooks, with one secret that goes both there and in Rabehni.
Do my older WooCommerce orders come in?
The webhook sends orders created after you connect. Orders placed before that do not arrive on their own.
Which plan includes the WooCommerce integration?
Every plan includes a store connection. Starter includes one store, and Growth and above include all of them.
